Thank you for choosing Abeni AI. Our platform operates using a credit-based system. When you purchase a package, you instantly receive credits that can be used for CV analysis, job matching, mock interviews, and other features within the app.

1. Refund Eligibility

Because digital credits are delivered immediately, all purchases are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered in these cases:

• Duplicate payment made in error.
• Credits were not delivered after successful payment.
• Technical issues on our side prevent you from using the credits and cannot be resolved.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not issue refunds when:

• You change your mind after purchase.
• You purchased the wrong credit plan.
• You have used some or all of the credits.
• You expected a different AI score or outcome.
• You purchased during a discounted period or promotional sale.
