These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Abeni’s platform, applications, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use the Services. By using Abeni, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Use of Services

Abeni grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services;
• Access or use the Services for competitive purposes without written consent.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features of the Services may require payment of fees. Users on a free plan (“Free Tier”) may have limited functionality. Fees, payment terms, and billing cycles will be disclosed prior to purchase. By making a payment, you authorize Abeni and its payment providers to process charges using your selected payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by Abeni or its licensors. You are not granted any rights except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

6. Termination

Abeni may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if continued use poses risk or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability. Abeni does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or job placements from use of the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abeni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Services. Abeni’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for accessing the Services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in such jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

Abeni reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to the Services. Your continued use after such posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
